As of 2022, we are officially living inside our self-built A-Frame home !
We’ve been working with her all last night and today.
Last night we brought her in a supplemented her feed, we may need to do the same tonight and then once again return her to mom during the day.
The good news is that she is eating vigorously and has energy.
We gave her an extra punch of nutrients, made her some splints and have been holding her up to mom to eat throughout the day.
She is in good health other than being unable to support her self with her two front legs. We are hoping the splits help her along as she gains more strength in those legs.
As we went to leave the barn tonight she stood up all by herself which was really encouraging to see. She did tumble back down shortly after but it’s a sign that she’s hopefully on the right path❤️
