Major Update!! 🎉
Couple of notes-
*we found that changing the wrap to not cover her knees but instead cover her ankles made a huge difference. It stopped the knuckling over and also allowed her to lay in a more natural “sheep” position (her back legs folded under her and front legs bent at the knee folded under her)
*continually putting her back in the traditional laying position encouraged her to stand. She was much more likely to try to stand up from that position than lying on her side.
*lost of massages for front and back legs
*continuing to push milk. We would wake her ever 4 hours to feed and if she didn’t drink enough during those feed sessions then we would push milk in between.
*we will be using the canvas bag to gently support her as she gains more strength and works on walking
